BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA - Jordan battled through the rain, wind, and temperatures below 40 degrees to post an even par round of 72 on Tuesday at Oak Valley Golf Club in Beaumont, California. Jordan missed out on a chance to compete for entry into the Genesis Open by only three strokes. Jordan started his round with three quality looks for birdie in the first 4 holes. He was unable to convert each of the three which proved to be the difference. The even par round put him in a tie for 13th Place in a 77 man field. The Genesis Open takes place annually at Riviera Country Club outside of Los Angeles as part of the PGA Tour. This was Jordan's first qualifying tournament of the year and only the second qualifier in which he's competed. He plans to continue competing in events on the west coast for the next few months.
