Jordan Shoots Back to Back Under Par Rounds.

Updated: Jul 13, 2021

BORREGO SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA - Jordan competed in the De Anza Classic as part of the Golden State Tour Season. This was Jordan's second event on the Golden State Tour which features players that play on the PGA's largest tours. He shot back to back 1 under par rounds of 71 to finish the event at 2 under par, missing the cut. On day one Jordan was bogey free until his 11th hole and used 3 under par play on the Par 5's to finish the day 1 under. In round 2, Jordan got off to a solid start with a birdie on the 4th hole. He accounted for 4 birdies on the day and 7 overall. In a strong field of 80 golfers Jordan missed the cut by four strokes. He hit 75% of the greens and accounted for 61 putts in two rounds. Jordan has worked hard on his swing over the past several months. His hard work is paying off as his iron game is no longer a weakness. Jordan's main areas of improvement are around the greens to improve his up and down percentage as well as his proximity from the hole inside of 125 yards. Jordan will compete next in the North Valley Championship in Phoenix, AZ. The event will take place at Moon Valley Country Club as a part of the Dreamchasers Pro Tour.
