Jordan Takes His Talents Up North

SAULT SAINT MARIE, MICHIGAN - Jordan traveled to Michigan's Upper Peninsula to compete in the Sault Saint Marie Pro Invitational for the first time. The event took place at Sault Saint Marie Country Club, founded in 1901. The old style golf course designed by Jerry Matthews features small greens and lots of decision making off the tee. Jordan began the tournament with a two over par 73. After dropping three strokes on holes 5 and 6, Jordan responded to play the rest of his round in 1 under par. He picked up his play in the second round firing a three under par 68. His second round was highlighted by seven consecutive one putts on holes 10 thru 16. He was two lip outs away from one putting every green on the back side. Jordan finished tied for 37th in a field of 89 players. Jordan continues to focus on his mental approach to help string together more under par rounds.

He will now travel to Georgia to compete in the Advocates Tour Championship at White Columns Country Club. The tournament will also mark the end of the Advocates Tour season long points race for The Lexus Cup. You can find Jordan's scorecards attached below.
